An Oregon Historical Society Traveling Exhibit entitled Vanport. (Flyer attached) ‘The City of Vanport was the largest public housing project in the US from 1942- 1948. It was meant to be temporary for shipbuilding workers during WWII.’ The exhibit consists of 3 banners 86 ½” x 33 5/8” and one case 46”L x 26”W x 16 5/8”H.

Join Librarian Sherri at the Brownsville Community Library and paint rocks. Bring your own idea or transfer a simple kids tattoo! Learn to paint simple designs on rocks. Thursday, December 19 from 5 – 7 PM. This event is a free program for adults and teens.
