ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
Bids Due at 2:00 p.m. April 10th, 2023
The City of Brownsville is accepting bids for the proposed remodel of the existing Recreation Center facility located at 145 Park Ave. Brownsville, OR 97327. Scope of work to include demolition of existing entries, restrooms, sports floor, and windows for replacement. New work to include but not limited to new entries including accessible ramps and stairs, voluntary seismic upgrade, new egress doors and landings, new sports floor, catering kitchen, restrooms, interior and exterior painting, scoreboard, basketball hoops, PA system, electrical system, backup generator and fire sprinkler system.
