Ranee Webb
We teach the public how to raise mason bees- super pollinators that are solitary bees (not honey bees) and how to harvest the cocoons so we can get about a 90% survival rate vs a 30 survival rate in nature. We bring trays and materials to make sure this is a clean process. We would like a rectangular area for the tables and chairs with seating for about 26 people. Master Gardeners would be inside the rectangle of tables to help the people sitting on the outside identify what they are seeing. We expect 18 attendees but will have an additional 8 master gardeners helping with the process.
In the past Scott has waived the $15 fee for our non-profit. We will pay if needed.
My questions are: Is there a screen in the room for power point presentations or do we need to bring a screen? What is the wifi link and password?
If you have questions, don't hesitate to contact me. I will be out of town for most of July. I will check e-mail, but won't be able to call you.
