I also need to rent the kitchen. I already paid for the use of the gym. I will pay for the kitchen when I pick up the key. If need be I can drive to Brownsville and pay before then. I also want to make sure we have 5 tables and 25 chairs reserved.

Volleyball game for local church youth and friends.

Dinner after church

A bunch of people are coming into town for this wedding and we would like to have a place for the youth to get together and play volleyball the night before the wedding.

A holiday bazaar for local crafters and location for two of the decorated trees for bid. The CLHS baseball team will be serving food as a fundraiser to their 2023 team and the CLRC volleyball team will be selling fresh wreaths as a fundraiser for their organization as well. We will be donating all proceeds to the local school as well.
