Development of the GR-12 Well
The State of Oregon passed legislation a few years go that aims at curtailing water consumption by cities. The rule would basically prevent Brownsville from adding any new home. Council is working on developing an old water right to prevent this from happening or at least lessen the impacts.

Bi-Mart Willamette Country Music Festival
The City is working with County Staff and the Linn County Commissioners to reach some solutions for managed growth for the largest Country Music Festival in the Pacific Northwest!

Millhouse Sanitary Sewer
The City finished the repair of the Millhouse Sanitary Sewer this Summer. Improvements also included the water line, a new hydrant and street resurfacing.
